Small under-sink repairsDrips, loose joints and awkward pipe arrangements below a sink are easy to postpone because they may initially appear minor. Over time, hidden moisture can swell cabinets, damage flooring and create unpleasant smells. We inspect the visible supply and waste connections, identify the source and carry out a focused repair or replacement without turning a small domestic job into unnecessary larger work.Trap, seal and waste-pipe jobsA leaking or partially blocked trap can cause slow drainage, odours and repeated dampness inside a cabinet. Simply tightening every nut is not always the correct solution, especially when seals are worn or the pipework is under strain. We dismantle accessible sections where appropriate, clean or replace defective components, realign the connection and test it with running water.Small radiator and valve jobsA stiff valve, minor seepage or cold radiator can indicate a local fault rather than a major heating-system problem. Ignoring leakage may damage flooring and allow corrosion to spread around the fitting.
